Returns and Refund Policy


We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the original packaging. Certain items are non-returnable, including accessories, software products, customized configuration products, and special orders.

Proof of Purchase

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as for opened CCTV cameras, speakers, DVDs, software, video games, AirPods, or headphones. Additionally, partial refunds may apply to items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Returns exceeding the 30-day delivery period are also subject to partial refunds.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

Sale Items

Regular-priced items are eligible for refunds, while sale items cannot be refunded.


We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To initiate an exchange, email us at and send the item to Building 4 – Business Bay – Bay Square – Dubai.


If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If the gift was not marked as such, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, email us at or drop off the product at our office. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
